If the answer is "no", let me tell that what you can see here are Oil Stones or Rocks, cities built on the sea surface. This construction was one of the first oil platforms in Azerbaijan. Not only oilmen were living there, we can also find blocks of flats, schools and parks, where entire families were living!
This city was constructed in the middle of the Caspian sea and, if you want to reach the coast, you'll have to travel 40 km!
One of the most interesting things is that those cities are still populated and the oil rigs are still working. This amazing creation could be part of the contemporary wonders of the world!
